This focused three-session coaching intensive is for international professionals who need to perform in English under pressure.
Whether that is:
an important presentation
a job interview
a client meeting
or simply the day-to-day moments at work where your English does not do justice to what you actually know.
Three sessions are a focused, practical starting point. They will give you a clear understanding of what is getting in the way, two practical tools you can use immediately, and a structure for speaking more confidently in the situation that matters most to you right now.
What we cover:
Session 1. Your starting point. We identify exactly what is happening when your English under pressure breaks down, and what is driving it. If you have a specific event coming up, we use that as our focus from the start.
Session 2. Your reset tools. You learn practical techniques you can use in seconds, before or during any high-pressure moment. A presentation, an interview, an unexpected question.
Session 3. Your framework and practice. You practise one clear structure for responding confidently, even without preparation time. We finish with a plan you can use immediately after our work together ends.
Between sessions you have the option to submit short audio or video recordings for detailed feedback. This is optional but highly recommended as a tool for progress and self-awareness.
All sessions are 50 minutes, delivered via Microsoft Teams.
Payment is taken in full before we begin. If you would like to discuss whether this programme is right for your situation, please use the contact page to arrange a free 20-minute discovery call first.
Euro invoices available on request.
This programme is for professionals already working in English. It is not suitable for beginners or learners below upper-intermediate level.
The full coaching arc for international professionals who are ready to make a lasting change in how they perform in English under pressure.
This is not a language course. You already know enough English to do your job. This programme is about understanding why you cannot always access it when the pressure is real, and building the tools to change that.
What we cover:
Session 1. Your Pressure Pattern. Identify exactly when and why speaking English under pressure is harder for you specifically.
Session 2. Your Reset Button. Two practical tools to calm your nervous system in seconds, before or during any high-pressure moment.
Session 3. One Framework. A simple structure for organising your thoughts and speaking clearly, even without preparation time.
Session 4. Lower-Stakes Practice. Build the habit of speaking up in the professional conversations that feel safer first.
Session 5. High-Pressure Simulation. Apply everything in live practice with real workplace scenarios.
Session 6. Own the Moment. Build your personal Go-To Plan for every difficult English moment ahead.
Between sessions you have the option to submit short audio or video recordings for detailed feedback. This is optional but highly recommended as a tool for progress and self-awareness.
All sessions are 50 minutes, delivered via Microsoft Teams. A free Small Talk Business English PDF toolkit is included.
Payment is taken in full before we begin. A two-instalment option is available. Please contact Tanya before purchasing to arrange this.

A practical support guide for professionals using English at work
Using English at work can feel surprisingly difficult, not because you don’t know the language, but because real conversations happen quickly and without preparation. Many professionals find they hesitate, overthink, or run out of things to say in meetings, networking situations, or informal workplace conversations.
The Business Small Talk Toolkit is a downloadable PDF designed to support professionals who already have a working level of English but want more confidence and clarity in everyday business interactions.
This toolkit does not teach grammar or formal business English. Instead, it focuses on the moments where people often get stuck, starting conversations, keeping them going, handling silences, and exiting politely.
20 short, focused units covering common workplace situations such as meetings, networking, conferences, client interactions, and virtual conversations
Practical mindset prompts to help manage nerves and reduce overthinking before and during conversations
Example phrases and one-liners suitable for professional contexts
Tips and reflection prompts to help you notice what works and improve with practice
A printable self-check page to track progress over time
The toolkit is designed to be used flexibly. You can dip into individual units as needed rather than working through it from start to finish. It works best as a reference and practice aid alongside real-life experience, not as a standalone course.
Use English regularly at work, but don’t always feel confident speaking
Understand English well but struggle in spontaneous conversations
Want practical guidance for real workplace situations rather than theory
Are a beginner in English
Are looking for grammar lessons, exercises, or audio practice
Want a structured course with feedback or assessments
Fluency isn’t about perfect grammar. It’s about being able to take part in conversations when they matter.
This toolkit aims to support that process by helping you feel more prepared and less stuck in common business situations.
Practical support for everyday English conversations
Do you hesitate when someone says “Hi” in English?
Do conversations feel awkward, rushed, or hard to keep going, even though you already know English?
The Small Talk English Toolkit is a downloadable PDF designed to support learners who want to feel more comfortable and prepared in everyday conversations.
This is not a grammar course or a fluency programme. It’s a practical, situation-based toolkit that focuses on what often feels hardest in real life: starting conversations, keeping them going, handling silences, and ending them naturally.
21 short, clear units focused on starting, building, and ending conversations
Mindset and body-preparation tools to help manage nerves before speaking
Example phrases and follow-up questions that sound natural and appropriate
Pro tips, recovery strategies, and mini challenges to encourage real-world practice
A printable self-check page to help you reflect and track progress over time
The toolkit is designed to be used flexibly. You don’t need to work through it in order, you can dip into the situations that matter most to you. It works best as a reference and practice aid alongside real conversations, not as a standalone course.
This toolkit may be useful if you:
Understand English but feel uncomfortable in spontaneous conversations
Want practical support for real situations rather than study-heavy materials
Prefer short, clear guidance you can apply immediately
This toolkit may not be suitable if you:
Are a complete beginner in English
Are looking for grammar lessons, exercises, or audio practice
“You don’t learn to swim by reading about it. You learn by getting in the water. English is the same — you find your natural-sounding voice by using it.”
— Tanya, Find Your English Voice
Fluency doesn’t come from learning more.
It comes from using what you already know, a little more confidently, one conversation at a time.
Before purchasing, please contact Tanya to confirm availability and timing for the next cohort. You can use the contact page or join the waiting list on the course page. There is no pressure to commit until you have had a conversation and confirmed that the timing works for you.
This is the introductory price for the founding cohort. When the introductory phase ends, the price returns to £397.
This six-week live coaching programme is for international professionals who want to stay calm, think clearly, and speak English with confidence when it matters most. In meetings, in presentations, in the moments where the stakes are real and the English needs to show up.
This is not a language course. You already have the English. What this programme addresses is what happens to it under pressure, and how to change that response so that you can access what you know when it actually counts.
Sessions are live, weekly, and fifty minutes each. The group is small by design, with a maximum of four participants per cohort. That size means everyone speaks in every session, and the work stays focused, practical, and genuinely personalised.
All sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams. Payment is taken via Stripe before the cohort begins. If you would prefer to be invoiced in a different currency, please contact Tanya before purchasing to arrange this.
This programme is for professionals already working in English and is not suitable for beginners or learners below upper-intermediate level.
